SALISBURY, Md. - A single vehicle collision has left Daniel Webster Wax, of Fruitland, dead.

Just before 8:00 AM on November 17th, Maryland State Troopers responded to RT. 13 S/B Bypass near St Luke's Rd in Salisbury.  Initial investigation revealed that a 1993 Jeep Cherokee, driven by Daniel Wax left the travel portion of the roadway and collided with a tree.  Responding Troopers believe that the collision was due to a medical emergency.  Wax was taken to PRMC where he was later pronounced dead.
