MAGNOLIA, Del. - A 55-year-old Bridgeville man is accused of raping his 11-year-old granddaughter. He was then charged with 18 counts of rape, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and endangering the welfare of a child. Charleston is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $462,500 bond.
