UPDATE: Berlin Fire Company Wants Funding Restored

BERLIN, Md. - A local fire company is asking for their funding to be restored. The Berlin Fire Company made their request during the public forum of Tuesday night's Mayor and Council meeting.

They want to meet with a third-party mediator to restore the funding that The Town of Berlin pulled from the BFC in August, after harassment allegations.

The Fire Company claims that this is their third request for mediation, but that they are only getting back comments from the Mayor, not any other council members.
