UPDATE: Earl Bradley Class Action Suit

NEW CASTLE CO., Del. - Now to an update on the class action lawsuit filed against former Delaware pediatrician Earl Bradley.The victims in the case filed a proposed $123 million settlement.

A New Castle County judge held a hearing today to consider a motion to approve the settlement and associated attorney fees. Beebe Officials tell us that a decision on the settlement is expected to be made by Monday.

Bradley is serving life in prison for molesting scores of children over several years.
