SALISBURY, Md. - The Demarr Jones murder trial continued in Wicomico County Thursday. 29-year old Demarr Jones, also known as Marty bass, stood trial for the murder of Arnold Fagans Junior.

The jury is still deliberating, so no verdict yet.

It all went down on the night of January 12th. There are six men involved in this case, four of them have already tried and are behind bars.

Witnesses testified saying that Jones ordered the hit on Fagans, but stayed at a home on Jefferson street, while the others went to carry it out. Kaleb Phillips admitted during his testimony, that he, Stewart Desbagne, Cassone Taylor and Keenan Victor went to the East Road Apartments in Salisbury with the intent to kill Fagans. He says they waited for him, and that's when Fagans was shot 4 to 6 times.

During testimony on Wednesday, Phillips said even if Jones didn't tell them to kill Fagans, someone else in the BGF gang would have done it.

Again, the motive isn't proven, but a number of witnesses say Fagans got another gang member's girlfriend pregnant and that was considered unforgivable.

There is a felony arrest warrant out for Keenan Victor, the man believed to be the shooter and the only person there with a gun. Maryland State Police Detective Scott Cook says they have been looking for Victor for months, and have been following leads, but need the public's help. The Wicomico County Sheriff's Department is offering a reward for any information leading to his arrest.

As for Jones, we'll update you on the verdict as soon as it becomes available.
