SALISBURY, Md. - A medical condition could be to blame for a four vehicle pile-up in front of Salisbury University this afternoon.
Maryland State Police tell us it happened just before 2:00 PM. The vehicle at the back of the left lane on Route 13, turning onto Bateman Street failed to stop, causing a chain reaction.
2 people were taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. We're told it took about a half an hour to clear the scene. All four vehicles had to be towed.
