DEWEY BEACH, Del. (AP) - Delaware Department of Transportation crews are working to clear debris from major roads after a nor'easter blew through the state.
Officials said one lane of northbound Route 1 was closed Thursday morning near Dewey Beach and the Indian River Inlet. The road and the bridge remain open to traffic. But DelDOT crews are working along the shoulder.
Officials say some water pooled on the road, but the water is draining away. Route 1 remained open during the storm.
Transportation officials say Prime Hook Road remains closed because of tidal flooding in the area.
