BERLIN, Md. - On the heels of Sandy, people are quick to forget about the storm back in August, that left damages for many.
The Maryland Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program will have representatives at the Berlin Town Hall on Friday, November 16th, to meet with homeowners who sustained damages during the August storm.
They give low-interest loans to help fix exterior and interior deficiencies. The loans are secured by a property lien and income limits do apply. Call the Berlin Town Administrator, Tony Carson, at 410-641-4144 to see if you are eligible, or to set up an appointment.
