Truck Driver Hospitalized After Accident In Sharptown

SHARPTOWN, Md. - Maryland State Police has just informed WMDT of a truck accident on Sharptown Road, near Cooper Mill road.

The truck was containing Chickens and WMDT has been told that those chickens are now littering the street.

Right now traffic is being controlled by Maryland State Police because of the weather conditions.

The driver of the truck has been transported to a nearby hospital but the extent of what injuries he might have are not known at this time.
