Naked Man Arrested On Route 13 Salisbury Bypass

SALISBURY, Md. - A man was arrested after allegedly running naked down a Salisbury highway.

Maryland State Police say that on Monday afternoon, a little before 2:00 PM, 60-year-old Wilford Leonard, was driving North on the Salisbury Bypass, in the Southbound lane. He reportedly crossed back over the median and stopped on the shoulder, near Snow Hill Road.

Police say that Leonard then got out of the car, and walked down the side of the road, naked. MSP arrested and charged him with driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol, driving while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance, and indecent exposure.
