Fourth Man Tried In Fagans' Murder In Wicomico County

WICOMICO COUNTY, Md. - A murder suspect will have to wait one more day to hear the verdict in his trial.

29-year-old Demarr Jones is charged with accessory and conspiracy to commit murder. Investigators say Jones and four others reportedly gunned down 20-year-old Arnold Fagans Junior, back in January. Opening statements were heard Monday, and several witnesses took the stand. Court is not in session Tuesday, so the final day of the trial will resume on Wednesday.
