Person Of Interest Sought In Monday Fatal Shooting

MILLSBORO, Del. - A Millsboro man is wanted in connection to a shooting Monday afternoon. Delaware State Police are looking for the man pictured here, 24-year-old Cullen Phillips.

He's wanted in connection with the death of his stepfather, 46-year-old Clifford Paynter Jr., who was shot in his home on Doc Frame Road in Millsboro around 1PM On Monday.

Anyone who comes in contact with Phillips should contact 911 immediately, he is considered armed and dangerous.
