UPDATE: Milford Vacant Lot Death Ruled Homicide

MILFORD, Del. - A Lincoln man's death has been ruled a homicide.

Milford Police say that 28-year-old Carlton May Jr., was found in a vacant lot, near the Mispillion Apartment Complex on October 26th. Officials have since classified his death as a homicide.
