Del. Supreme Court Upholds Decision, Pettyjohn To Stay On Ballot

SUSSEX CO., Del. - The Delaware Supreme Court upheld a decision to allow Brian Pettyjohn as the Republican candidate. 

Yesterday, the Democratic Party filed an appeal after last week's decision by the Superior Court to allow Pettyjohn's name on the ballot.
