Trash Collection Schedules Around Delmarva

WMDT 47 NEWS - Because of the storm many towns trash pick-ups are off schedule. Check out the list to find out for your town.

DELAWARE:

Milton, DE: Trash pickup is moved from Tuesday, October 30, to Wednesday, October 31.

Rehoboth Beach, DE: Trash will be collected in the commercial areas of the city on Wednesday, October 31.  Pick-up in the residential areas will resume the normal schedule with pick-up on the south side of the City on Thursday, November 1 and on the north side on Friday, November 2.

MARYLAND:

Crisfield, MD: Trash collection is delayed until Wednesday and Thursday.

Delmar, MD/DE: Trash pick-up resumes Tuesday, November 6th.

Denton: Trash pickup half Wednesday, half Thursday - not sure which half, which day, so you might just want to put your stuff out for tomorrow.

Easton, MD: 

  • Tuesday's recycling and garbage will be picked up on Wednesday.
  • Wednesday's recycling and garbage will be picked up on Thursday.
  • Thursday's recycling and garbage will be picked up on Friday.
  • Friday's recycling will be picked up on Saturday

Federalsburg: Trash pickup Thursday and Friday

Greensboro: Trash pickup tomorrow as scheduled

Ocean City: Trash pick-up will start again on Thursday, for those who usually have Monday pick-up, and Friday for those who usually have Tuesday pick-up. If you have a question or concern about the changes in your trash collection, please contact the Public Works Department during business hours at 410.524.7715.

Preston: Trash pickup is not a town service

Ridgely: Trash picked up today so not again until next Tuesday
