Salisbury Under Civil Emergency

SALISBURY, Md. - A civil emergency is no in place for the City of Salisbury. There is also now a curfew in effect that starts at 7:00 PM on Monday until 10:00 AM on Tuesday.

The City is urging residents to take shelter at James M. Bennett High School, if they need to.

Residents are being evacuated from Fitzwater and Main Street because of high water levels. The power to the marina has been shut off.

The following roads are closed:

  • Riverside Drive
  • Carroll Street
  • East Man Street (east and West of Route 13)
  • Market Street
  • Lake Street
  • Fitzwater
  • Mill Street
