Bay Bridge Expected To Close At 1PM - WMDT 47 News - Delmarva's Choice

WMDT 47 NEWS - The Bay Bridge is now closed. Officials closed down the bridge as of 2:45 PM Monday afternoon. The bridge will reopen, after an inspection, after the weather improves. Call 1-877-BAYSPAN for real-time traffic conditions.

The Hatem Bridge has also been closed. The Key Bridge in Baltimore, Tydings Bridge, and Nice Bridge are all under wind restrictions, but still open. The wind restrictions mean that some types of vehicles may not be allowed across, like house, and box trailers, motorcycles and vehicles with roof mount racks. If the wind picks up, to where it puts lives or property in danger, the MDTA may shut down additional bridges.
