The Kent County SPCA and Delaware Animal Care and Control have extended emergency sheltering at co-located American Red Cross Shelters at Smyrna Middle School, Dover High School and Milford Middle School through to the end of Wednesday. As a result, the main shelter in Camden will not be open to the public until Thursday morning at 10:30am.
