OCEAN CITY, Md. - Ping Pong Summer's film crew got lucky, and is leaving Ocean City just in the nick of time.
They tell WMDT they're wrapping up their last two scenes later Friday night. They've been shooting the comedy feature film in the beach town for the past couple months. Places like Trimper's, Phillips Seafood, and King's Arms Motel are a few of the many places you'll see, once the film is complete. @
"It's really dangerous to schedule some exterior crucial scenes on the very last day of shooting, ideally you're saving that stuff as sort of the pick ups or B-roll and random stuff. Because of scheduling, we couldn't afford to do that, so you're at the mercy of mother nature," said Michael Tully, Film Director.
Most of the crew will head out this weekend. The Director says the movie should premier sometime this summer.
