25th Annual Beebe Ball To Raise Funds For Cardiac Program

DEWEY BEACH, Del. - The 25th Annual Beebe Ball Celebrates its Silver Anniversary next Saturday in Dewey Beach.

The theme of this year's event is the Silver Soirée, and guests are encouraged to wear silver, white and/or black tie. There will be a live band, dancing, and a silent auction. The event will also feature a raffle drawing for a one-week trip to Italy.

The funds raised will be used to expand the care of persons with heart rhythm disorders. "It's specifically raising money towards the purchasing of specialized equipment for our cardiac electrophysiology services and what that is - those services are, the equipment is used to diagnose and treat problems of the heart," communications specialist Susan Towers said.

Tickets start at $200 per person. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Beebe Medical Foundation at (302) 644-2900.
