SALISBURY, Md. - Teresa Lynn Fitzgerald King, 45, of Salisbury, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2012 at her residence. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Garland Fitzgerald and Jeanette Ellen Wilkinson Fitzgerald. Prior to being on disability she was employed as a security guard for Pinkerton. She was very involved in "The Beads of Courage Program" thru Johns Hopkins in Baltimore by making jewelry and providing beads and supplies to the program.
She is survived by a son, Phillip Michael King and his wife, Stephanie of Parsonsburg; a grandson, Carter Joseph King of Parsonsburg; 3 sisters, Ellen Louise Wilson of Parsonsburg, Beverly Ann Frye and her husband, Delreo of Salisbury and Tina Marie Hall and her husband, John of Willards; 3 brothers, Albert Lee Fitzgerald and his wife, Laurel of Venice, FL, James Henry Fitzgerald and his wife, Debbie of Salisbury and Larry Thomas Fitzgerald and his wife, Geneva of Smith Island; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Thursday, October 25th, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Community Church in Salisbury with Rev. J. Harvey Dixon officiating.The family requests that contributions be made in her memory to Beads of Courage, 10501 E. Seven Generations Way, Suite 161, Tucson, AZ 85747.
