Ocean City Man Arrested For Assault With A Handgun

OCEAN CITY. Md - A 24 year old Ocean City man is in trouble with the law after threatening to shoot his own father. Police say it happened at a home on Ocean Drive.

According to reports, 24 year old Michael Ellingsen got into a verbal altercation with his father. That's when police say he went into his bedroom, got a loaded handgun and pointed it threatening to shoot his father.

Ellingsen has been charged with first and second degree assault, among other charges.
