PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - A single car crash claims the life of a University of Maryland Eastern Shore student. Maryland State Police say 19-year-old Devin Clay died after his vehicle ran off the road and overturned. It happened on College Backbone Road in Princess Anne Sunday night.

A passenger, also a UMES student, was thrown out of the car. We're told her injuries are serious, but not life threatening.

The university says they're planning to held a vigil for Clay this Wednesday.
