Ellendale Sex Offender Wanted By DSP

ELLENDALE, Del. - Police are searching for an Ellendale sex offender who reportedly hasn't registered his address with them.

Delaware State Police say that Dale Palmer, 49, is a high risk sex offender, who is required by law to register his address within 3 days. He apparently hasn't done so, and is now wanted.

He was on supervised probation and parole home confinement, but reportedly took off his GPS monitoring system, and left his home. Palmer has not notified the DSP Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit of his status.

Palmer is described as a 6' tall, black male, weighting 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or text DSP to CRIMES (274637).
