MAGNOLIA, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are investigating a crash between a bus for people with disabilities and a car in Magnolia.
Police say the paratransit bus was carrying five passengers Wednesday morning. It was stopped on South State Street near Banning Road to make a left turn into a driveway just before 8 a.m. That's when the bus was rear-ended.
Police say another driver didn't see the bus had stopped. The driver and her 4-year-old daughter were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The bus driver and four passengers also were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
