Princess Anne Police Chase Suspect At Large

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. - There was police chase in Princess Anne and the suspect is at large.

Maryland State Police say they stopped a maroon Chrysler with Pennsylvania plates for speeding on Route 13, around 10:30 AM Tuesday morning. That's when they say the car took off reaching speeds of over 100 miles per hour.

They say at one point the vehicle almost hit them. The car then went over the median and drove North in the Southbound lanes for a quarter mile. Police later found the car in a parking lot near Middleneck Lane and Route 13.

They are now searching for the person responsible.
