Milford Man Charged With Rape Of A Young Boy

DOVER, Del. - A Milford man has been arrested after allegedly raping a 10-year-old boy. Delaware State Police started investigating 54-year-old Ronald Luttrell, after receiving information about the incident.

Their investigation showed that Luttrell was temporarily staying at an acquaintance's Weeping Willow Court home, when the alleged assaults occurred. They say that the sexual assaults happened while the victim was staying with a relative, at the same home, over two days.

Luttrell was arrested in Milford, and charged with 2 counts of 1st degree rape, attempted 1st degree rape, unlawful sexual contact, and other related offences. He is being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $280,000 bond.
