CLAYTON, Del. - If you are looking to understand Libertarian principles, look no further than Margie McKeown.
"I'm more of an activist for freedom than I am a politician," said Margie McKeown, the libertarian candidate for Delaware Lt. Governor.
From home-schooling her kids to her agenda, she's not your typical candidate.
"I believe in personal responsibility, personal freedoms, personal liberties."
But in an election where Democrats and Republicans are the most visible, McKeown says her reason to run is to give voters a choice.
"The election is not a true or false question: it's a multiple choice and it should be. Our country was never meant to just have a two-party system."
McKeown said that the "less government you have the better. In the state of Delaware you cannot purchase raw milk. That's the government saying no you can't put in your body what you want. That should never happen."
So, what are her solutions for fixing the government?
"Let's start by recognizing the problem, then let's go in there and work on getting rid of it."
