Worcester Co Judge Dismisses Lawsuit for Fmr. Berlin EMS Worker

BERLIN, Md. - A Worcester County Circuit Court Judge dismissed the first responder's lawsuit, who said he was wrongfully fired by the town this past spring.    

A lawyer representing the town said the court found the municipality entitled to immunity.     

In a statement sent to WMDT, Mayor Gee Williams said, "We are pleased the court has dismissed the action and found the claims against the Town of Berlin did not have any merit."
