Maryland Same Sex Rally To Influence Votes

COLLEGE PARK, Md. (AP) - A rally in support of same-sex marriage in Maryland will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park.

 Sen. Ben Cardin and Delegate Heather Mizeur are scheduled to speak at the rally on Thursday.

 State Sen. Rich Madaleno and Delegate Luke Clippinger also are scheduled to speak, as well as students and faculty advocates.

 Maryland voters will be deciding whether to legalize same-sex marriage in the state in November.
