Settlement Reached In Earl Bradley Related Class Action Lawsuit

DELAWARE - It's been almost 3 years since a class action lawsuit was filed against Beebe Medical Center and the state medical society of Delaware. The suit alleged neither agency reported concerns over the behavior of convicted pedophile Dr. Earl Bradley, while he was still practicing. Now authorities say they have reached a settlement in the case. $123.15M has been placed in a trust fund under the undisclosed terms of the settlement. There will be a hearing to determine the settlement's fairness, November 13th.
