HARRINGTON, Del. - A shoplifting investigation leads to drug charges for one.
Harrington Police say that they arrested Melissa Sibereisen, 40, of Frederica, after a local business reported that she had attempted to leave the store with some merchandise, without paying. While police were looking for the stolen property, they reportedly found .3 grams of methamphetamine, oxycodone pills, and related paraphernalia.
Silbereisen was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and shoplifting under $1500. She was later released on bond.
