EASTON, Md. -- An Easton man is behind bars after being found sleeping in someone's car, and police say this was not his first offense.
Sunday police were called to a home on Chapel Road, only to find 45 year old James Mast sleeping in a nearby residents car.
Mast already was wanted to theft charges and was arrested.
He was then released while he awaited trial, but police say just hours later he was at the same home looking in the windows.
He is now being held on 10 thousand dollars bond.
