SALISBURY, Md. - Salisbury University played host today to the 24th Annual Sea Gull Century Bike Ride event and 7500 bikers, young and old, came to the town from all across the East Coast.
Depending on what course they want, the bikers ride either 100 or 200 miles to raise money for Alzheimer, leukemia and other charitable causes.
"I feel tired. It's worth it. It's a great time. It's not too difficult to ride. It's pretty flat course and have fun!" said Ryan Reitz, a cyclist from Baltimore.
Pit stops were set up along each course in Snow Hill, Berlin, Princess Anne and Pocomoke.
