I-95 Reopens Near Wilmington, Del. After Crash

WILMINGTON, Del. - Delaware State Police say all lanes of Interstate-95 have reopened near Wilmington after a serious crash.
    
The crash was reported shortly after noon Saturday. Troopers were detouring traffic onto the Marsh Road exit.
    
Police say drivers should expect continued delays and traffic congestion in the area.
