Kaczynski Sentenced To 10 Years

SNOW HILL, Md. - This morning in Snow Hill, 48-year-old Andre Kaczynski was sentenced to 10 years behind bars followed by 3 years supervised probation, for causing the accident that seriously injured little Ava Del Ricco, and her mother Annemarie in December of 2011.

He may have to pay restitution to the victims, but the amount has not been set yet. For more details tune in to WMDT 47 News at Noon
