Bank Of America Seeks 10 Million In Delaware Tax Payer Dollars

Posted: Updated:

DOVER, Del. -- The Bank of America is asking Delaware to pay up, with your tax dollars.

The bank is asking the state for up to 10 million dollars in taxpayer money for infrastructure needs, related to a processing center project in New Castle County.

The state infrastructure committee will hear the request Thursday.

The panel also will consider a request for $4.1 million for the New Castle Town Center project, and $1.8 million for infrastructure related to the Southbridge Educational and Recreational Facility in Wilmington.

The Newark Charter School is asking for $391,000 for its junior-senior high school connector road.
