Two Sex Offenders Wanted In Dover

Posted: Updated:

DOVER, Del. - Delaware State Police are looking for two sex offenders in the Dover area, after both reportedly failed to re-register their addresses.

The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit are searching for Carlton Smith, 53, and Jimmy Barlow, 21, who are both moderate risk sex offenders. They are required by law to re-register their current address every 30 days, officials say neither Smith or Barlow have done so, so both are now wanted.

Smith is described as a 5' 8" tall black man, weighting 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Barlow is described as a 5' 9" tall black male, weighting 165 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on either Smith or Barlow's whereabouts should contact Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
