Bridge Maintenance Scheduled For Kent County

KENT CO., Md. -The State Highway Administration (SHA) is performing routine maintenance on the MD 213 Chester River Drawbridge on Monday, October 8 from 9AM to 3PM.

Crews will open the bridge periodically for test openings that should last no longer than those needed for an average boat passage. 

All bridge work is weather permitting. If inclement weather prevents the maintenance work, it will be conducted the next day, October 9.
