Delmar Renovating Future Public Safety Building

DELMAR, Del. - In a special election, the town of Delmar has made some other new changes. The town has agreed to borrow $400,000 to help finance the renovation of the former municipal building. Officials say they want to turn it into a public safety building for its officers. Delmar police have reportedly outgrown their current facility and need the structural improvements.
