Sarandon, Cast Of Ping Pong Summer Take To Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md. - The stars were out in Ocean City today.

Susan Sarandon, Lea Thompson and the rest of the cast and crew of Ping Pong Summer talked about the movie at the Hilton Suites. Filming started on September 19th and in that time, the cast say they've explored the area, restaurants and mini golf and really enjoy shooting here on the Shore.

"I just got here, so I ran over this morning to Berlin to check that out and I don't know where we were going, but it is so sweet," said Susan Sarandon.

Lea Thompson added, "I've also been to Rehoboth and to Dewey Beach and made a movie there, but I've never been to Ocean City and I'm really excited and I love the Eastern Shore."

Susan Sarandon says she will start filming her scenes this Wednesday.
