DOVER, Del. - Police are looking for a masked man who reportedly broke into a liquor store with a tire iron.
According to Delaware State Police, around 2 AM, the suspect smashed the front door of Kent Plaza Liquors on North DuPont Highway, and then tried to take the money out of the register and flee. They say that this was the second time in three days that the suspect broke into the business.
The first time was on the night of September 26th, when he fled with an unknown amount of money. He reportedly didn't get any money the second time.
The suspect is described as a white male suspect wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and jeans, armed with a tire iron. He can be seen here to the right. Anyone with information can call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or text DSP to CRIMES (274637).
