OCEAN CITY, Md. - Ocean City played host twice to one of the biggest extreme sports competitions in the country, so it might be hard to imagine that skateboarding is forbidden in many parts of the beach town.  Council members were set to vote on whether or not to allow boarders on the boardwalk September 25, 2012, but now, that won't happened until the following Monday.
