SALISBURY, Md. - A man has been arrested after a Salisbury homeowner, apparently caught him stealing their belongings. According to the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office, a Riverside Drive resident came home, and heard a strange noise.
Police say that when the victim got to their master bedroom, they found Shawn Stephens, 30, of Parsonsburg, in the closet with the victim's ipad in his pants.The suspect then reportedly fled from the scene, dropping his bag of loot, and his own cell phone.
Officials say they used the cell phone to identify Stephens, who was later arrested, charged with 1st degree burglary and theft. He is being held on $75,000 bond.
