Milford Man Charged With Sexual Solicitation Of A Child

MILFORD, Del. - A Milford man is being accused of sending inappropriate text messages to a 17-year-old.

The Child Predator Task Force started investigating Theodore Campbell, 42, after the 17-year-old girl and her mother reportedly told authorities that the girl had received illicit text messages, including an inappropriate picture.

Campbell was arrested, charged with sexual solicitation of a child under 18 to engage in a prohibited sex act. He has since been ordered to have no contact with the victim, or her family, and he is not allowed to use the internet. Campbell was released on bond.
