Domestic Disturbance Lands One Behind Bars

EASTON, Md. - An Easton man was arrested after police reportedly found him with his hands around a woman's neck.

Easton Police responded to a call about a domestic disturbance, where they reportedly found Rudi Vicente, 33, with his hands around the neck of a 38-year-old woman.

He was arrested, charged with 2nd degree assault, and is being held on $7,500.
