OCEAN CITY, Md. - A local beach town's police department has wrapped up a month long investigation with an arrest. Authorities say that undercover narcotics detectives bought heroin from Arnesto Smith, 33, of Salisbury, on multiple occasions over the coarse of four weeks.
While officers were arresting him, they reportedly had to use taser to restrain him. After he was arrested, police say they found 4 baggies of heroin, and xanax pills on him.
Smith was charged with distribution of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, resting arrest, and other related offences. He is being held on $75,000 bond at Worcester County Jail.
