DOVER, Del. - A Delaware group is bringing back energy efficiency programs.
Members of the Sustainable Energy Utility board voted to restart a few of the programs, six months after President Obama phased out stimulus funding. The program promotes energy efficiency throughout the First State.
"These programs are designed to help Delawareans to save money but at the same time, it's helping to create jobs," said Tony DePrima, the executive director of Delaware Sustainable Energy
Utility.
Officials say the program will offer a revolving loan to help affordable housing and rebates for average home owners.
