Harrington Man Charged With 31 Counts Of Shoplifting

MILFORD, Del. - Police have arrested a man who reportedly stole from the same store more than 30 different times.

Milford Police arrested Derick Colon, 36, of Harrington, after they say he took merchandise from Walmart on 31 occasions in July and August of 2012. They say that he used tools during the thefts.

He has been charged with 31 counts of possession of shoplifting tools, organized retail theft, and 31 counts of shoplifting under $1,000. Colon is being held at Sussex Correctional Institution on $10,950 bond.
