WORCESTER CO, Md. - A judge has set a trial date for alleged killer Matthew Burton.

The Dagsboro father stands accused of raping, kidnapping, and killing Millsboro mother, Nicole Bennett. Burton is set to go before a jury on December 4th. 

He must also appear for a criminal motions hearing on November 4th.
